Most parents will be familiar with the challenge of getting children to willingly go on a walk. It’s much easier to say “we are going to explore such-and-such a place”. Our kids are not wise to this yet! On our Brittany holiday, hubby and I wanted to stretch our legs on the famously pretty Breton streets of Quimper. Last week I announced that our family is travelling to see a total eclipse of the sun in the USA. On Monday 21st August 2017 millions of people in parts of the USA will see the phenomenon. The eclipse will make landfall in a narrow strip from the Pacific northwest all the way to the Atlantic coast in South Carolina.
